Introduction:
Xenon-lamp Weathering Test Chamber Introduce the xenon lamp of full solar spectrum to simulate the destructive light wave existing in different environment to provide corresponding environment simulation and acceleration test for scientific research, product development and quality control.
Introduction to technical parameters
The main features of XB-OTS-3X22 xenon lamp test chamber are as follows:
1.It is equipped with three Q-Lab 1800 watt xenon lamp tubes with a life of 1500 hours;
2. It can simulate the whole spectrum of the sun (including UV, visible light, infrared light) for aging test;

3. Flat type, long life and permanent filter need not be replaced;
4. Solar eye irradiance control system closed-loop control, automatic compensation, high precision, radiation intensity controllable.
5. Low irradiance warning: when the irradiance drops to 5% below the set value, the built-in warning system of the solar eye will give a warning;
6. Using single wavelength point irradiance control point and 340nm control point, the radiation intensity control range is 0.25-0.68 w / m2. Irradiance deviation: ± 0.01w/m2. Or (the wavelength can be controlled at 420nm, and the irradiation intensity can be controlled in the range of 0.50-1.50 w / m2. Irradiance deviation: ± 0.01w/m2
- RM20 irradiance sensor calibrator has automatic calibration function to ensure the accuracy of the control system; the calibrator has traceability to national standards and inspection certificate of National Institute of metrology.
8. It is equipped with spray device to simulate the process of temperature change and rain erosion. Deionized water is used as spray water. The spray can be carried out in the light or dark cycle at the same time and controlled by PLC program;
9. Blackboard (standard) temperature control range: light cycle 45-90 ºC; no light cycle 35-50 ºC

10. The plane sample room is not only suitable for standard samples, but also suitable for non-standard samples and three-dimensional samples;

Every machine from our factory has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers. If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.
2.What's the delivery term?
At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
3.Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine.
4.How to install and use the product?
We will send you operating instructions, English video by Email. Or you can download on our officail website directly. Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, all you need to do is to connect the power cable and start to use.
