Ceramic unglazed brick wear-resisting tester adopts the reducer mechanism of cycloid needle tooth meshing planetary transmission principle, which has the characteristics of compact structure, smooth transmission, low noise and constant output speed. In accordance with ISO 10545-6, GB/T3810.6 -- 2016/ISO 10545-6: 1995 "Ceramic Brick test method - Determination of wear-resisting depth of unglazed brick",GB 28635-2012 "Concrete Pavement Brick wear-resisting Test Method",GBT32987-2016 "Concrete Pavement Brick Performance Test Method", GB/T 12988-2009 "Inorganic ground materials wear resistance test method" requirements for test instruments. Replacement of different grinding wheels can achieve different standards of detection, a multi-purpose machine.
Working principle: The instrument is composed of power transmission part, sample fixture part, abrasive storage part and electrical control part. The grinding wheel rotates at a constant speed, and the sample contacts the friction steel wheel with a certain pressure through the pressure weight. The abrasive enters the grinding area evenly according to the specified flow rate (100g/100r/±10g/100r), and the grinding pit is generated on the surface of the sample under the action of the abrasive. By measuring the specimen surface of the grinding chord length (accurate to 0.5 mm), calculate the grinding volume to indicate the wear degree of the specimen. Each sample was evaluated by the average wear volume of the two parts.

Every machine from our factory has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers. If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.
2.What's the delivery term?
At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
3.Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine.
4.How to install and use the product?
We will send you operating instructions, English video by Email. Or you can download on our officail website directly. Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, all you need to do is to connect the power cable and start to use. And if possible, we can also install your machine at site.
