The High Speed Dispersing Tester is a new product developed by OTS after collecting the suggestions from customers, and it has gained a number of national patents. Compared with the traditional high-speed dispersion machine, this is equipped with many practical functions, so as to make the high-speed dispersion test more scientific, efficient and simple.

Features:
1. Latest DC brushless motor: wider speed range and ultra-low noise during operation. At the same time, the motor has speed feedback system makes the test more accurate;
2. Touch screen controller: easier to operate, enter the test requirement and you can observe the test data and result clearly.
3. High specificity positioning clamping cylinder device: shake the locking handle then cylinder can be locked to the center position automatically. It is more safe, simple and convenient;
4. Integrated mixing shaft: adopts with 304 stainless steel, anti-rust,anti-corrosion, and easy to clean.

Material temperature monitoring function: the machine is equipped with infrared temperature sensor, which can monitor the temperature of dispersed samples in real time, and u can set over-temp protection to effectively prevent the influence of temperature rising on the sample during the grinding process;
6. Timed stirring function: the system automatically stops working after setting the stirring time,
7. Optional arc bottom sandwich cylinder and sand disk, you can do the sanding function also.

FAQ

1.Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty? 
Every machine from our factory has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers. If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.

2.What's the delivery term? 
At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you. 

3.Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine? 
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine. 
 

4.How to install and use the product? 
We will send you operating instructions, English video by Email. Or you can download on our officail website directly. Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, all you need to do is to connect the power cable and start to use. And if possible, we can also install your machine at site.
