Product Description
Usage
The Yellow tester possesses oven, aging and anti-yellowing functions. A 300W UV lamp
install inside the oven to simulate the fading or discoloring of sample caused by radiation of sunlight or
inside high temperature containers during transportation.
The oven is equipped with a forced hot air loop control system that ensures a uniform temperature
distribution. Observing the yellow change or discoloration of the sample after a period of time under the UV light, the discoloration degree can be determined by gray mark contrast.
Aging
This machine is used to promote deterioration of vulcanized rubber, and the change rate of tensile force
and elongation before and after heating is calculated. Technically, 24-hour test in 70ºC is equivalent to
6-month exposure in the atmosphere.
Discoloration
This machine is simulated in the atmosphere, the goods' change irradiated by sunlight. Technically,
9-hour test in 50ºC is equivalent to 6-month exposure in the atmosphere.

Every machine from our factory has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers. If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.
2.What's the delivery term?
At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
3.Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
