Chair armrest durability tester


It is used to test the durability of the armrest of the office chair under the action of the cyclic side pressure (at an angle of 10 degrees to the plumb line). Fix the chair on the test table and adjust the force-applying fixture to a suitable position. Suitable for testing armrests, seat surfaces, foot pads…. This equipment is a multi-functional test equipment, which can realize various test functions by adjusting the direction of the output force of the cylinder.

Working principle
 

Fix the chair on the test surface, and press 400 N on the armrest at a speed of 10-30 CPM in a direction of 10 degrees to the vertical line to reciprocate and test on the armrest for 60,000 times.
