Introduction
The computer-controlled torsion testing machine is composed of a loading system, a transmission system, a digital data acquisition and processing system, and a computer measurement and control display system. It is suitable for metal materials, non-metal materials and various parts such as shafts, couplings, springs, etc. Performance test of static torsion mechanics of gears, bimetal materials, and joints. The machine adopts horizontal structure, computer control and screen display, FTS precision inspection and test system, and full digital AC control system. It has the characteristics of uniform loading, stability, no impact, and accurate data acquisition and control.
The function:
WindowsXP Chinese operating platform can detect the torque, torsion angle, and torsion strength of materials. Using a window operating system with graphics as the interface, the display screen and operation panel can be set; the test speed and various control parameters can be set; the basic test results can be displayed in real time; the graphics of various related parameters of the test process can be displayed in real time; Realize system diagnosis and display the diagnosis result.
This testing machine complies with the relevant data processing requirements of JB/T9370-2007 "Technical Conditions for Torsion Testing Machines" and GB10128-2007 "Metallic Materials Room Temperature Torsion Testing Methods".
Users can also provide relevant technical standards, and realize the control of test methods and related data collection and processing in accordance with the standards provided by users, such as GB, ASTM, DIN, JIS, EN, etc.
Structure:
- Main machine:
It adopts horizontal structure, and the main structure adopts frame structure to ensure the rigidity of the whole machine. The installation and disassembly of the sample is convenient and fast.
- Drive system:
Driven by a fully digital control system, wide speed adjustment range, uniform and stable loading.
- Transmission system:
adopts worm gear transmission to ensure the uniformity, stability and transmission accuracy of transmission, and it can be adjusted manually within the range of lateral space.
4.Torque and twist angle test.
Equipped with high precision sensor, the torque can be tested in 2 directions. The torsion angle is detected by photoelectric encoder on the output axis to ensure that the displayed value is accurate. Through the computer data acquisition and processing system, the sensor, encoder signal processing on the computer screen display
5.Measurement and display system:
The machine uses a photoelectric encoder to collect the torsion angle of the sample, a high-precision torque sensor collects the torque of the sample, and a high-precision rotary encoder measures the torsional deformation of the sample. The computer screen displays the torque, torsion angle, torsion deformation and various curves of the sample.

7.Software operation:
a.The control mode adopts the intelligent expert setting system, and the user can compile the test process control method according to their actual requirements, and automatically complete the test.
b,WindowsXP all Chinese interface, man-machine dialogue mode. The computer screen displays the test torque, torsion angle, various test curves (torque-time curve, torque-angle curve, angle-time curve, etc.) testing machine working status, etc.
c,The size of the curve coordinates can be adjusted according to the actual test data.
d,Output and print various test report formats (the report format can be output in Excel or Word format).

The data is collected in real time during the test, the curve is drawn in real time, and the large database is used for data storage, which facilitates user resource sharing and reanalysis. After the test is completed, the data is automatically processed and saved. The test results can be viewed at any time and the test report can be printed. The test report format can be changed according to the different requirements of the user. The test machine's processing of the test data is in full compliance with the standards of the spring test machine.
9.Test method:
There are two kinds of test methods: manual test and program control test. The details are as follows:
a) A manual test can select a test speed, and then select the test stop condition. The test stop conditions include: the angle is reached, the twist angle is reached, and the torque is achieved in three ways.
b) During the program control test, the speed conversion can be realized. No manual intervention is required during the test, and the test machine automatically runs according to the prepared test conditions.
10.Material performance data is automatically processed based on the measured material curve. For the curve with obvious yield, the upper and lower torsional yield strength can be automatically determined; for the torque-torsion curve, the shear modulus can be automatically selected. For materials without obvious yielding, automatically choose to calculate the specified non-proportional torsional strength;

a) Force value calibration: The method of three-point calibration is used to make the test force value more accurate and higher precision.
b) Electronic torsion meter calibration: The calibration method of the electronic torsion meter is the same as the calibration method of the force value, which ensures the accuracy of the torsion angle.

1.Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty?
Every machine from our factory has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers. If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.
2.What's the delivery term?
At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
3.Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine.
4.How to install and use the product?
We will send you operating instructions, English video by Email. Or you can download on our officail website directly. Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, all you need to do is to connect the power cable and start to use. And if possible, we can also install your machine at site.
