Coating anti-slip testing machine is a dynamic pendulum impact instrument. It is based on the potential energy loss of the pendulum is equal to the rubber sheet installed at the end of the pendulum arm sliding over the road to overcome the road friction. This basic principle was developed.

Structure:
Base: Composed of T-leg, leveling screw and horizontal bubble, it plays the role of leveling support for the instrument.
Column: composed of column, lifting mechanism, guide rod and instrument handle. Used for lifting and fixing the position of the swing head. Release switch: A switch mounted on the cantilever to hold the pendulum lever in a horizontal position and release the effect of the pendulum lever falling.
Swing head: composed of fastening handle, swing shaft, steering knuckle, bearing, etc., to connect the swing, fixed position, to ensure the free swing in the swing plane.
Indicating number system: by the pointer, felt ring, flange, fastening nut and dial composition, pointer can directly indicate the friction coefficient value.
Pendulum: composed of upper and lower joints, pendulum rod, spring, lever, lifting handle, shell, slipper and rubber sheet. It has a specified torque on the center of swing. 1.Do you offer after-sales service? How can I ask for that? And how about the warranty? 
Every machine from our factory has a 14-month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers.   If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem, we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.

2.What's the delivery term? 
At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you. 

3.Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine? 
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized  machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine.  
 

4.How to install and use the product? 
We will send you operating instructions, English  video by Email. Or you can download on our officail website directly. Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, all you need to do is to connect the power cable and start to use.  And if possible, we can also install your machine at site.
