The usage:
The clamping force testing machine is designed to measure the deflections of product packages and protective capacity of packages for product when suffering level pressure in the process of transportation and storage to improve the quality of product package.

16.Clamping plate requirement :Make the two clamping boards flat and non-deform under work condition (500kg) and make clamping boards' parallel and clamping board and land vertical. Clamping board is thicker than 25mm.
Structure and working principle
1), bottom plate
The bottom plate adopts group welding parts, which has higher rigidity and strength, and processing and installation surface after aging treatment.
2), transmission beam:
The left and right arm servo motors in the transversal of the transmission line drive the wire rod to move to the inside (speed adjustable) to reach the set force, and the pressure sensor built by the arm is sensed to stop it.
3) electrical control system:
The whole machine adopts multi-function system control to realize effective control of each station action.
4) Set up a control cabinet, set the clamping force, clamping speed and lift and stop, and can choose manual or automatic test mode on the panel of the control cabinet. In manual testing, it can control all the movements manually. In automatic test, it can realize the continuous operation of each movement, ensure safe production, and run according to the beat.
5) There is a quick stop button on the panel of the control cabinet.
